NPFL star, Izu Joseph is dead

NPFL star Izu Joseph who plies his trade with Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) is dead. The defender died on Sunday in Bayelsa where he was holidaying following the just concluded Nigeria Professional Football League after a stray bullet hit him. The deceased defender, Izu Joseph, was part of the Oluyole Warriors which finished 14th at the just concluded 2015/2016 season of the Nigerian Professional Football League, NPFL.
