Email Dommittilla Nwofor was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2021. She holds a Second Class Upper Honors from both Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, and the Nigerian Law School.
She is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice where she works as part of teams defending the interests of a wide range of clients both individual and corporate. Dommittilla has successfully defended and obtained judgment in two negligence cases filed against the firm’s Client in the Banking Industry. She is also the Team Lead for the firm’s Debt Recovery Practice which involves non-litigious recovery of unsecured loans for a creditor in the Banking Sector.
Dommittilla is equally a member of the firm’s Secretarial Practice. She has effectively facilitated several meetings of the Host Communities TrustBoard of the firm’s Client in the Energy Sector, and ensures utmost privacy of the proceedings of the board.
Dommittilla’s Interests include Fintech Law and Policy, Data Privacy and Protection. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association’s Section on Business Law, and also serves as the Financial Secretary of the Young Lawyer’s Forum Effurun Branch.
